Superglue it. Stick it on the wall. On the lights. Job done. Looks nice. Its a massive falcon!

Like I can totally see how this is a really tough thing to put together. Sooooo much detail and bricks, but it’s also much more accurate than the big Lego UCS. As far as Lego for the sake of Lego, the brand one is probably better, but from a model standpoint, I’d definitely say this is 10/10. When I get around to buying this thing, I’d have no problem gluing a lot of the structure together bc they’re not real pieces anyway

If you have problems with pieces not sticking just bite them to deform the plastic a bit which will create ridges and a tighter fit

Hi, I´m building this thing right now. I agree with you that on some points its very tricky to fix the bottom parts. But till now, no parts were falling off. I struggeld a lot with the sidepices on the front, ended up using double tape there. I also inclouded lighting, but so far the top is still under construction. Overall I can say, due to my Lego experience, it is fun to bild it. As far as I know, this modell is far more detailed than the Lego set. Greetings from good ol´ Germany

When u build these mould king projects, super the sub assemblies together and then join them. It makes it a lot easier and makes for a much stronger model

If the model requires super glue, it's a bad design. I don't mind trying to fix a few problems with loose parts here and there, but if the whole frame needs to be superglued, that's really bad. Especially given that other designs for the same ship do not require that.

I’m new to your channel and really like that you call it like it is and it’s great to see someone not afraid to not only buy/receive knockoffs but review them. I’ve had chronic migraines for just over 25 years and found LEGO about 6 years ago and found out pretty quickly that it’s way too expensive most of the time and found the wish app and started getting a lot from there. Luckily I’ve been really lucky and I haven’t found any that I couldn’t build like this one you’ve built so I’m really interested in seeing mold king’s version of the super star destroyer as I got a knockoff version of legos back when I started and it was one of my favourite builds (I found I really like technic from it). Thank-you for doing these reviews I’ve always wondered about mold king sets and thanx to you I know not to buy any lol. But I will be watching you build them, you never know they might get it right someday. Take care & hi from Canada

Yes, I like Lego, but...they are very greedy and very expensive. When they introduce a dozen $500+ sets a year, you'd have to be rich to afford them all. Mould King and knock offs provide a way for the rest for the rest of us to enjoy them without having to build ourselves a Lego house in the woods to live. 🤣

I take it is MKs poor attempt at an almost copy of the UCCS MF MOC...which is very sturdy and has the proper landing struts and display stand. Wondering if using their instructions would make any difference is build quality / experience. 🤔

So the MK version is actually an older version of the UCCS MF by Marshall Banana which back then wasn't designed in a way that it could be displayed vertically or had landing struts. What you can do for a bit of a higher price. Just take the MK Falcon and buy the rest of the bricks needed for the UCCS MF. I did it only one week ago or rather finished it a week ago and the result is incredible. And essentially still cheaper by a big margin than the Lego UCS MF while being more detailed and having almost double the pieces hence why it's more detailed

Can you buy the MK version, buy the pieces for the upgraded UCCS from Marshall Banana/Brickvault, then use those instructions? Would this work?? Would you be able to tell the difference between MK and Lego bricks, would they work together fine?

With resale in mind I want to re-bag all the parts when I disassemble the Falcon. I want to create a part list for each bag. Before I do this does anyone know if a part list exists?

Just use the instructions when taking it apart and follow them backwards. And put each segment (you‘ll see what I mean once you have the set) in bags.

I am building the Falcon now and I am only up to bag 10 but I have already started using scotch tape! How long did it take you to assemble the falcon?

A LONG time. The initial build was a couple of weeks long, but then I got busy on my farm and kind of sick of the whole thing, so it sat almost finished for months.

@@SevenStarBricks yeah I won't destroy good sets. If it's unstable, I reinforce and use acetone to weld bricks together.

Halfway this problem child. So i checked if it was me or the set that was not right. The tension on the back is huge. It s bended in a abnormal way. BAD. Things keep falling of, connections with just one stud or none. The whole thing is build in a unlogical way. It s sad to say. Mouldking steals a design and put the parts together. Nothing has been checked. They never do. Quality and instructions are top, but this whole thing is crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

They're not all bad. This one is really good: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i7N_fdyWl7a0l2Q.html And this midi-scale Venator is good too: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/paqAhJZhsLTbias.html But yes, a LOT of their big ones are based on MOCs that weren't great to begin with and then MK messed with the plans and made them worse.
