I wish TV would do something to make the backs of those homes (around 4:30) look a little less like barracks. Even two windows instead of one window seems to help.

That was an outstanding video, I was trying to follow along as I had the villages app map on my phone So I could see the new released homes and see them in your drone video. Makes the location that much easier to follow. Would really like to see the other villages as they progress to help us in the home buying location process Waters edge, Edenfield, La grange etc. Thanks for all you do and welcome back.

Rode my eBike across the Southern Oaks bridge yesterday 🚴🏽 … the new Pitch & Putt and the new Executive course just on the other side of the bridge is growing in nicely. Great view of it just as you get over the bridge. ☝🏻Would be great to see some drone footage of those (and the two rec centers going in nearer the turnpike) The greenskeepers from Mickylee is going over there; said they’re ready to start top dressing the greens & tees (I think they’re growing in fast … ahead of schedule). They look nice 👍🏻

@08:40 and earlier, what is holding the wall in place, is it just the rebar in the pad or are they somehow fastening the wall to the rebar? I really need to call that company up to see if they have any videos explaining the assembly process in closer detail. I watched one video a bit back, different location in the USA but on prefab wall construction, fascinating. They can prefab walls with inner & outer concrete, insulation and studs as well as tubing for plumbing and wiring to the extent like here they just drop it in place and its done. Not to mention the fact that they can control the strength of the concrete by altering the PSI of the pours as well as controlling the atmosphere at the plant (more than they can outside where hot/cold/humidity all effect the tensile strength.

Question: Tilt-Wall precast VS Cinder-block construction ... any data that suggests one is better than the other relating to hurricane force winds??
