I grew up in Wales, UK. In the winter you either ride in the rain or you don't ride at all 😅 I spent a huge amount of my youth soaked to the skin and frozen to the bone haha! Trails could always take it. Now I live in Colorado and ride year round too. Fatbikes and Skibikes help!! Bloody marvelous video BOBO!! You have me in stitches 🤣🤣🤣🤣🍻🤘

Not just me then. I live in Auckland NZ in the middle of our SUMMER. There were 5 sunny days in January. We had the biggest flood in our history followed 5 days later by a month of rain in 1 day. Today you guessed it still raining. I am so beyond grumpy.

Thanks for the awesome video - I had to laugh so hard and I feel similar here in Germany - we have a mix of snow and rain but it's to warm for the snow to stay even if the ground is frozen... The upper part is deep, slippery mud. I try to ride once a day here in the woods for 1-2h but it's hard to follow that routine... the bike looks like I crossed field full of cow diarrhea, I look like crossed field full of cow diarrhea, I have mud in my face, I have mud in my mouth, I feel like I wear diapers. I'm so sick of washing my bike and my clothes... 🙂

-10C yesterday and snow hit the trails, super difficult BUT was better than the week before where mud was just flying everywhere! Now before someone thinks I’m destroying single track, this is the land of ATVs and I have seen a grand total of 3 people in 15 yrs of riding there.

I'll be honest, trail centers closing at the first sight of a rain drop, then almost a week after that for the ground to dry up is what got me into gravel & road. Combining planned riding time with having a family and work, I ended up going out twice one summer. My "me" time was always when the bike parks and trail systems were closed.
