Ma bucur tare mult ca de curând te-am descoperit.Am urmărit cu interes toate videoclipurile tale,și de la tine de acasă dar și de la mama ta.Peisajul este mirific,dar muncești tare mult.Aerul curat și liniștea locului îți dau sanatate atât fizica cât și psihica.Va urez numai bine și multa sănătate din București,România....!!!❤️❤️❤️

My ancesters came to New England, USA from Ukraine around 1910-20. The mountains resemble Vermont and some VT people like living very rural like your lifestyle..Will try make the honey tomorrow! Seasons look similar so far away! God bless you and peace soon I pray❤

Ja jestem z Polski. Też zbieram kwuaty mniszka. Po zerwaniu rozkladam na bialym przescieradle by wyszly malenkie muszki. Potem obrywam pkatki (nie płuczęw wodzie by nie pozbyćsięcennego pylku),gotuję 15 minut i odstawiam na 24ngodziny. Wyciskam sok z cytryny lub pomarańczy,. Cukier i dżemix(pektyny) cukier wanilinowy mieszam razem i dodaję do garnka z wywarem, podgrzewam na wolnym ogniu aż rozpusci sie cukier i goracy miodzik przekewam do wyparzonych sloiczków. Robilam tez z calych.kwiatkiw ale po 24 godz. mocno odcisnęlam i wykorzystałam tylko czysty wywar. Też b.dobry z nutką goryczki. Pozdrawiam.

Зелень на цветах обрывают, варят только лепестки, потом по желанию их убирают, мёд получается очень кра, и выйти и вкусный❤

я не понимаю-что это за мед...там один сахар и вода-в которой мыли цветы......варили бы с цветами а потом процедили-по моему больше было бы пользы...да и сахара поменьше....
