Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 ml sunflower oil (or any oil you prefer)
1 and 1/2 cups sweet starch (polvilho doce)
1/2 cup sour starch (polvilho azedo)
2 pinches of salt
150 ml whole milk
Grated cheese to taste
Oregano to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and oil.
Mix in the starches, salt, and milk until smooth.
Pour the batter into an oiled pan, keeping it low for proper rise and crunch.
Sprinkle with cheese and oregano and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.
