Anybody else watching 6 years later thinking about Rob... Rest in peace man, and at least he died doing what he loved.

After watching this video, I just realized it was Rob who helped us out years ago a buddy had a broken brake lever, and he found one and even put it on without us knowing as we where eating dinner!..The up most respect for him, we bought him dinner and drinks for all his help!!

The Snwomobile Industry is rather small 3.5 Manufacturers till invloved. Racing improves the Product.. I have read some about the small Group at Acrtic Cat that live and Breath Snowmobles .. All 3.5 Manufactuers builld really good sleds as of 2020 and many years before this.. At one time there was over 100 different Snowmobile Manufactures.. I grew up in the 1970's back when they were warning of a New Ice Age..!!!

I've ridden 35,000 to 40,000 miles on a snowmobile trapping and what did I trust my life with..... Arctic Cat .... And I had Rob as one of my scouts when he was 14-16 and took him winter camping and snowmobiling. And he was one of the crazy riders.... even then. I always rode alone when I was trapping.... And had The Lord covering my back ..... Never spent a night broke down, alone .... Always got it going again after a break down or some one happened to come by & gave me a tow or picked me up on the trail after walking a couple of miles. I know who answers prayers...

The smile on Dave McClure's face after he shot the mahcine gun was Pricless.. Pierce Morgan had a smile like that after he shot a Machine gun at a Range in Texas with Ted Nugnet too..

These Mountain Sleds are great .. but I think I will try a snow bike first .. WHY NOT BUIULD A PURPOSE BUILT SNOW BIKE WITH A LIQUID COOLED 44O cc TWO STROKE AND TORQUE CONVERTER.. IT MAY BE MORE FUN THAN A MOUNTAIN SLED?????

Makes me feel great I can to do this as a sport without a major company sponsoring me just from my own savings from my 20+ years of saving money in life.. ya know like most people have to do do do this for sport. Lol
@pattysleds604410 жыл бұрын
4000 miles eh, and no engine problems. I don't think so I'm pretty sure they would've gone through a motor or two by then lol. Great riding otherwise though.
@wingmaster21097 жыл бұрын
Marcus Paterson those 800's are pretty though, my best riding buddy just hit 12k on his 800 last year original motor and still going strong!
