Looks awesome. Definitely keep those tubes tidy, you're off to such a great start. It would be cool to keep it as narrow as possible - maybe use elbow fitting into the boilers? Are you going to have a case for it? Coffeemachinist in Australia makes these awesome billet aluminum gs/3 cases with scalloped sides. You could do something similar with a different design on the mill - it would be easier than bending a stainless case maybe. Or maybe clear sides?

could you in theory add pressure to a steam powered espresso maker like a sunbeam emc20 or a mister coffee thing. its got a portofilter, would that be possible
