You should visit Vietnam. Sometimes, it only costs $150 for a round trip ticket. In the past, when I visited Vietnam, I had visited Thailand and South Korea. South Korea is a lot more expensive though. Just imagine $11 for a pineapple.

Была пять лет назад в Нячанге. Там мне понравился бутерброд с соевым мясом и соусом. Такая вкуснотища! А цена вообще смешная была. На наши деньги где -то 30 рублей за длинный батон с начинкой. Так я каждый день бегала в эту лавку и покупала его пока это не заметили хозяева гостиницы и не запретили женщине там торговать. Им видать дали указание, чтобы туристы ели только в ресторанах и кафе. Так было жалко!. Хотела спросить у этой женщины, как они его готовят, но не знала вьетнамский язык, а она только на нем и говорила. Я держу пост в среду и пятницу. И эта еда для меня была как спасение, потому что в ресторанах все было из настоящего мяса, майонеза, яиц и сыра. И еще во Вьетнаме мне понравился коктейль фруктовый со сгущенкой. Нашим кафешникам можно было бы взять на заметку. Дети бы и взрослые толпами бы ходили.. И вообще сам Вьетнам очень понравился. Особенно, как дети в пионерских галстуках ходят в школу. Мне так это напомнило детство. Мой племянник, который объездил уже всю Европу, тоже туда ездил. А он такой привередливый и я думала, что приедет и будет говорить, что отстой. А он с таким удовольствием рассказывал про эту страну.! Ему тоже все там понравилось. Хотелось бы еще раз съездить, но почему -то непонятно, продают ли туда путевки из России. Забиваю даты в интернете, на июль, а там пусто

I ate bánh bột lọc (Vietnamese tapioca dumplings) recently. And, what's pictured at the 7:27 mark reminds me of what I had. I think that's bánh bột lọc. Although I didn't have all of those accompanying ingredients/items in my box. Those crispy elements would have gone well with the gooey texture of the dumplings.

I was watching the video without seeing the name. Seeing the boiling rice, I thought, isn’t this Thai-Chinese cuisine??? In Thailand there is a boiled rice soup, Jogk (it is with minced pork, garlic shoots and a salted egg.Well I wasn't that far away, I should have understood looking at how to cook meat in soy sauce (but from experience the Vietnamese don't like dark colored sauces, this misled me) for example Vietnamese fish sauce, Niok man, is much less strong and very light, while the Thai sauce, Nam Pla, is black and super strong. Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, the three best Asian cuisines by far. Difficult to separate them, all 3 are so good and so complete. Special dedication to Laos, less known, but just as delicious Isan sausage and pork cascade. Catfish larb, my personal sunshine. But yes one Pho and a Bami or a bouboon, it's a perfect food for start a hard day at work. 3 Biutiful land and 3 Asian food, my personale little paradise. Friendly from France.

Actually most of the dishes are not that hot to melt the foam, but if they serving any that hit the temperature, they will add some vegetables underneath to prevent the situation 😊

Vietnamese name is "Bot Nuong La Lot", which is literally translated to "Roasted Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaves". It is a delicious items. In the United States, "betel leaves" are very expensive, $19/lb in Las Vegas. In Vietnam, it is cheap. The beef is lightly marinated. It is often consumed with rice noodle as well along with fish sauce. It goes well with crushed peanuts.

It is called “ Bò nướng lá lốt”. But if you try “ bò nướng mỡ chài” ( the one with the same shape but without the leave) you cannot stop eating it. “Bò nướng mỡ chài” ( grilled beef in caul fat) is my favorite all the time.

You can live comfortably with $800 per month. A lot less if you are willing to share a room with someone. First month will be a little bit more expensive as you are likely wanting to try a lot of things. Then you go around and find better places for less. Also, while the price of the dishes are cheap, the portion size is a lot smaller than if you are eating in the United States.
