Yes one tray is sterile n second is clean. Mouth gag we are using to open patients mouth for thorough cleaning. Mouth gag is self retaining . We can also use tongue depressor instead of mouth gag.

For conscious patient sitting/ fowlers position and for unconscious patients u can turn their face and body on lateral side . Left lateral position
