Very nice I love it kitchen has window. Celling fans is important because the weather of Floarida. If each room has ceiling fans it will help save the electricity .

Hi Renzo, Awesome Presentation 👍. I loved this Home, The only thing that I would have suggested is for the Builders put sod and grass in the backyard. Hi Renzo - thank you for your warm and personable personality. I really appreciated the beneficial information you provided. Renzo - would you consider providing some additional information in your future showings? I wanted to let you know that having access to Public Water and Sewer could be useful in buying decision. The paragraph from the book was positive and encouraging. I think the presentation was kind of brisk though. I just think if you could have said the name of the Author and Book - it would have been complete. Keep up the great job you’re doing ❤️

You mentioned closing costs of 3%.... of purchase price? Or did you mean 3% of mortgage amount? Wife & I are looking into homes in Ocala around $300K or so.... with probably $230-240K down. Only looking to borrow $60-70K.

This might sound affordable, but for anyone from the area, you will be paying over $2500 a month, assuming the most favorable conditions, this is too high as you can rent by far lower. If you are coming with cash, or from a state like NY, CA this is affordable. Have in mind that the summer buying Frenzy is over and builders are reducing prices as we speak. If you wait until december you can get a better price, higher interest though, but Lennar and other builders will continue to incentivize buyers by reducing interests.

I guess it depends on what "everything" you want to live near. Remember.... what YOU want to live NEAR, many others want to live FAR FROM. To each their own, I guess.

You are an hour away from the Gulf or the ocean. An hour from Orlando, 45 minutes from Gainesville, 1.5 hour from Tampa and at home prices that are affordable

@@JamesStephens-lh3sr still not worth those current prices . A friend of mines bought a new build sfh out there 2yrs ago for 160k. This is clearly a bubble

That bubble burst last year. Builders are still dealing with inflation issues and surge in prices all around with the labor force. You will not see a new house like this one for 160k anywhere in the near or distant future sadly. Everywhere else you go to in Florida in general you will not see home prices this low when looking for quality vs nationals@@drewrowe
