I lived for 10 years ( I had to come back to Canada a few months ago) in Ho Chi Minh city, mostly in district 7. In Phu My district which is next to Phu My Hung district you can find very nice 2 bedroom apartments (in towers) with swimming pool with huge gardens. Rent : $550 US a month fully furnished. Internet 80Mbps up/down unlimited for $10us/month. Electricity not included. Phu My district starts just after the Canadian International School which is very close to the Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, and a few American Internationals schools. Nice Video . I'll go back in November if they open the border .

Another high quality video. Thanks for the tour. I went to Vietnam in 2016. Then again in 2017,2018(twice), 2019. To me the difference with Vietnam and the US is that in Vietnam you're excited to live life when you wake up each day vs the latter which is a series of daily routines. Originally, I planned to live in the US 6 months and then travel to VN for the other 6. But getting married with a kid threw a wrench into that plan. BTW, the man at 7:50 is selling 3 coconuts for 20k. That's cheap even by Vietnam standards. I once paid 16k for one in Da Nang and thought I was getting a bargain.
@iamjohnsaboe3 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed the video! Yes you’re right 3 for 20 is a good deal. Some markets even have them for 5000/each. Far cry from the 80k the guy in front of the Ho Chi Minh City Museum charges!😂
