About the discount when reselling, remember that if it costed, for example, 100k and you bought it 70k(includes 30% discount), then when you want to sell if for example it's worth 200k you have to honour the % discount, not the amount. In that case 200k - 30% = 140k. Therefore you'd still DOUBLE your money..

First Homes are also starting to be made available on new construction sites across England as developers and local authorities incorporate them into their development plans, and this is set to increase over the coming years."
