@Cayenne Captain no i got plenty during deer season. I'll come out when that groundhog says its safe haha. Hunting season is a great time to get good training in too. I think a lot of people overlook that. I run nods to and from my stands (may or may not be legal where you are but it is for me), practice stealth using noise and light discipline, all while being the predator hunting a quarry. Albeit they don't shoot back but that's some of the most realistic training there is inside conus imo!

@@Slayderaider Actually it is not :) My husband is training for just over 2 years now and he went on some competition for Service men last year and some guys from JWK (Polish SF team) were asking him where did he learn that stuff :) He said he is watching a lot of YT videos and trying to do the same things as the guys on video. They didn't belive him :) He is watching your channel too :)

With literally a couple SHORT vids he kind of kills any “debate” for watching other tubers(content creators). There is zero competition between someone who literally has been there done that vs someone with a bunch of money to throw at good gear and talking fast about pseudo techniques. Mega props dude. I listened to a podcast (can’t remember which one) and a Ranger mentioned how they practiced moving and shooting the same way a marching band practices moving and playing their instruments. I thought that was a pretty slick idea myself

Nice to get confirmation for what I was taught. My instructor said keep your knees slightly bent, glide your feet and keep your upper body stable like the turret of a tank. Lol then sprint your ass off and get right back into it.

I actually needed this! I got nods but live in a state where nobody else has them and all the ranges close at sundown. I was scared of walking around and tripping but this makes so much sense! Idk why it didn't come to my head on my own lol

Slade… movement looks exactly like my “walk of shame.” Many a damsels that went from a “2 at 10 to a 10 at 2” have been sound asleep as I extract from the target area under cover of darkness utilizing stealth while utilizing that same movement. Wow…. So the pro’s use it too huh? I’m gratified. Lol have fun out there in NM…. And see if you can score a few free cans from those CGS guys for all the advertising you are giving them ha ha!

Video ideas for a useful knowledge transfer : how to set a counter ambush inside ones home . 2) how to fight from a vehicle (or break from a vehicle) if attacked out on the town .3) what would Slade do if he were walking thru target (the store ) and it was attacked by an active shooter.

Great ideas, situational and scenario based videos can get tricky though. The what if’s come in like crazy. I find it best to give fundamentals and practice until you can adapt it to the situation or scenario

What helped me is instead of focusing my legs with tryna control the up and down and eliminate that motion, I focused on *moving forward* in a controlled manner and for some reason my bounce went away

Yes sir. Slight “drop” or level change, elongating my steps and slightly wider while barely picking my feet up and driving forward. It feels like gliding or skating is the best way to describe it. Also, locking in the weapon system with my upper body.
