Absolutely! The drums on this record are incredible! My only complaint would be the production value seems less. Or maybe more? I really liked the drum tones on Feel Something, they seemed more live, more raw I suppose. But the writing on this record is unmatched right now.

I’m a guitarist and this was the first movements song I heard. When I heard Ira’s main riff with the delay I was instantly hooked but to be honest the quality that everyone is bringing to the table on this record is unreal. Don’t know how I ever missed these guys.

I love his drumming style so much. Everything is so melodic coming from the drums. Kind of reminds me of Ringo Starr in how he would create odd beats for songs like in Ticket to Ride. The verses in Seneca also remind me of the drum parts in Come Together!

I write most of my parts on a computer before I go to play them. The slower pace helps me think a bit outside the box!
