If you wanna make a collector's house, go for voidcritters. There's the collectible cards and because there's a swatch on basically every item, they're kind of like the hello kitty of the sims 4.

I think that this is one of your best apartments for roommates that you’ve ever done. Like, I think it just fit the themes so well. Definitely had to put all the movie posters everywhere. I like that the barstools look like film reels. I think so much thought was put into this. Even putting the cow plant poster above the toilet just made so much sense. I actually love the idea that maybe one roommate is more theater and the other is more film. And maybe they collaborate to make things together. Like one is a filmmaker Director and the other is an actor.

Collectors house but it’s a geologist!! I love all the cool geodes that come from get to work and there’s quite a few items and furniture in bb that look like they’re made from raw stone

I'd love to see an apartment for a sim, or sims, that are into fanart and cosplay! Using that costume rack, the Nifty Knitting crafty items, and maybe the Pastel Pop kits drawing tablet to make a bright but cluttered creatives home would be really cool!

Love this style/vibe so much! I'm HUGE into the in game collections so would love to see a "collectors" house/apartment with those in mind. I'll second another comment that there are so many Voidcritter swatches on things in the game that it would be pretty awesome to do.

This is a fun one. I definitely like the idea of builds for various collectors. I'd also be interested to see a space for a crafter. I wish we had sewing stuff beyond embroidery. Maybe a Studio Ghibli inspired build? That would be even more fun if we had similar collectables as well, but maybe the bakery and apartment from Kiki's Delivery Service as a public lot?

You genuinely inspire me to renovate apartments cause Idk what the Sims team was doing.... Your builds are sooo thoughtful and wonderful. Just lovely. Also in my own game, I noticed how debug items disappear as well. Annoying when youre trying to add cute clutter.

It would be really cool if you took some of the opposite roommates you've previously made apartments for and tried to build them a house but with the aesthetics intermingled throughout the space? Maybe it's a roommates to lovers situation and now they're moving into a forever home! When you've done opposite roommate apartments before, the living spaces felt pretty neutral and then their bedrooms were where their differences really shined, so it might be a cool challenge to try and see how to take two opposing aesthetics and mix both of them into the decor. My sister and I have really different styles and our apartment is a mish mash of both in various places so it could be interesting to see how you approach that! :0

I love the industrial vibes of this apartment and all the movie stuff everywhere! Perhaps as well as theatre, the sim with the clothing rack is also into cosplay and attending conventions ☺️ you always give your builds so much personality & I'd love to see your take on a collectors apartment xx
