The Japanese “foxes” aren’t foxes… They are red pandas and are in fact not even related to foxes. The red panda’s closest living relative is the raccoon, all of it’s other relatives are extinct :C

Sing 1 was good but Sing 2 was a masterpiece. New characters were incredible and it had such an amazing background

I didn't catch any of this in the first one, but in Sing 2, when Ash and Buster went to Clay's house and got shocked by the fence, Ash was in the same position her voice actor, Scarlet Johanssen, was in when she threw herself over the cliff in Avengers: End Game for Hawkeye to get the Soul Stone.

Another thing is that Sing 1 is basically the Greatest Showman, but for animals. A young man gets inspired with theater, owns the theater, goes broke, has a concert/tryout performance, people get mad, the theater is destroyed, then finale. While in The Greatest Showman's theater was destroyed by fire. Sing's theater was flooded. I noticed that the second time I watched Sing.

The reason you often see characters reappear in animated films is because it’s a lot cheaper and easier to reuse models than create a ton for simple background characters

Two small things that I caught when Buster is having to stay at Eddie‘s, The air mattress that he’s sleeping on is actually a pool flotation device, and you can even see it outside at the pool house in an earlier scene when Eddie is doing his laps. Also The shirt that Buster was seen sleeping in is oversized implying that it actually belongs to Eddie and buster is borrowing it, which checks out since any other clothes Buster had would have been in the theater when it collapsed, but when he leaves the wreckage The only clothes we see him leave with are the ones on his back

Here's something about Johnny's part in the final climax. Earlier in the film, Johnny says he hasn't been playing the piano since he was a little kid. During his part in the show, he said *I feel like a little kid* while playing the PIANO.

Whoa, the only Easter Egg I caught before was the Snowball masks! These are well integrated and make me love Sing even more! Something else that sticks out to me is that the butler’s name isn’t revealed until the next movie (unless if I missed it in the end credits): Hobbes!

Porcupines slap a protentional attacker with their tail much like what a beaver would do. A beaver's tail slap can break a person's foot on impact. This causes the quills on the tail to become stuck in the attacker and pull out of the porcupine's tail.
