I'm all for foreign filmmakers remaking American films. We do it so much to them. I love Anaconda, but I must say, looks like they put a little more effort into this new take.

Yep. Been sick of it for a some time now. I can trace this crap back to somewhere around 2010 or 2012, but I'm sure it goes back further than that. If a movie is going to land with its widest audience, it needs to represent its widest audience. The fact is that, at least in America, white people still make up about 75% of the population. And half of that 75% are men. But men tend to be more into movies than women, so you have to favor men a little more. Oh and also, you have to have something that resembles a coherently written screenplay. Haven't seen one of those in a long time either.

Is anyone getting a bit sick and tired of no white men in these films (unless bad of course) you can tell they have no men in any step of the creative process either,women can’t write convincing characters black people have to include race as well, which is why these films look bland and just a tad pointless, we’re never gonna get another jaws, godfather shawshank redemption Star Wars because the writers and Hollywood feel the need to be inclusive for inclusivity’s sake, no best man for the job or best on merit. Cultures suffering for it.
