The fact is A. R. Rahman composed a different song "Azhage azhage" with lyrics by Vairamuthu. Art director Thota Tharani created this huge set. Shankar found that the set is suitable for Sahana song and therefore used in this movie. Azhage Azhage song remains as unreleased song.

Sivaji movie songs quality was way ahead of its time period when it got released on 2007..I still can't believe this song was taken before 14 years and it looks fresh both visually and musically..Absolute master piece from AR rahman along with amazing vocals from chinmayi and udit Narayan..And also cinematography was par excellence with the musical treat..One of the best and evergreen album of Kollywood all the time..❤
