This scene was BEAUTIFUL! This clip doesn't even get to the very best part of this scene. I really don't want to ruin it for anybody by saying it. I'm sure someone in the comments will. The film Five Easy Pieces is a classic Nicholson, as is his The Shining, and One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. That last one is my favorite. I really do wished this clip was able to stretch as far as his best line here. It was fantastic! -As I believe we can all relate to the situation of an employee who's more interested in making the boss happy (at minimum wage), than they are at helping their fellow Americans.... Nobody at the top ever gets the memo, "you customers aren't happy with the manner in which your doing business," because their worker bee's just don't "make the rules."

When this happens it's often your cook. The cook puts regulation on what they won't do because if everyone orders these extras then it adds time to the routine of cooking from the menu. Throws off the choreography of a pre set menu.
