I love Dany and clearly from *the beginning* she would’ve been perfect to rule. I 100% agree, and I hate when people say she went “mad” she didn’t go mad until the end. She didn’t go mad like her father or her ancestors.. she went through so much trauma. She was told as a woman she could never rule, she was sold, assaulted, lost her child, then lost 2 of her dragons, lost her best friend Missandei and Jorah Mormont and I’m sure I’m forgetting much more, but any of those things even separately (though she had to endure ALL) are completely traumatizing. Not to mention she finds out Jon is actually Aegon, her cousin??? She snapped, and we all know any other ruler would have too. They all had families so I will not stand for anyone to say a female ruler has too many emotions, so do men. (You saw it with Jon Snow & the battle of the bastards) but anyway, kings landing had it coming. If Cersei or Olenna or even Sansa, had gone what she went through I’m almost positive they would’ve done the same. Regardless, after everything Dany went through, they trashed her character and burning Kings Landing in the end didn’t align with her at all. Which literally stop to do everytime they brought up her father, she was so scared to not become like him that she left the thinking to the others entirely. Yes all the horror you’ve heard about season 8 is true, they did a terrible job and ruined Danny’s character in my opinion. If I were you, I’d stop at the end of season 7

In my opinion, her actions in the last season are very justified. I don't want to spoil whatever season you're at but take these into consideration: she has been underestimated since she left her homeland and she always had to prove herself in order for people to believe in her. The sacrifices she made for her so-called allies have gone, for the most part, unappreciated. Her trust has been constantly broken and people have told her time and time again that she is either insane or not capable. Imagine that someone told you since you were young that your family has a great inheritance somewhere and that it belongs to you by law, wouldn't you try to take it, regardless of the hardships? And yet, other no-name families claim the same right and try to eliminate you in the process. Taking all of this into consideration, I stand with all of her actions, even if some were less ethical than others. However, the other main characters did so much worse!
