The complete process of very close we will teach in this tutorial and our way to do it.

Below we present the steps to follow to do rebelling for iPhone 7 and we have to warn you, that this repair has a certain degree of complexity, it can not be done if you do not have specific tools and some knowledge and experience.

Es imposible hacer rebaling. Cuando lo hago yo, el 10% de las bolitas se unen al estencil. El reballing está poniendome loco.

Hai I have a water damaged phone It happened one year ago At that time shop guy replaced display and do something else Now one problem comes again after switch on the mobile wait for 2,3 minutes the display filled with blue color I've cleaned the entire board and it's still not working If i do reballing will it survive?😢

Hello dear. Can you tell me more details about the video from your you tube channel. '' Reballing and Replacement IC '' I'm interested in the details you use in the video. Blower temperature and air? Solder temperature? Flux paste? Flux liquid? Do you use the doormat? (Of course when the IC is not glued) And what do you clean? (to keep it perfectly clean) I will be very grateful for your short answer.

Sorry for the late reply, I forgot.. If the mold is thin, it is 330/50 thick, if it is a 3d mold, it does not matter if it is 360 nozzle, medium or thin.

Hello, thanks for video tutorial. I tried it myself, but after removing IC, the pads are a Total mess. There is solder everywhere and it's difficult to clean. What can I do?

Go over the pads gently with soldering iron with a ball of leaded solder on the tip........ to remove all the old non-leaded solder.

you will need to purchase solder balls and reball it. using flux and solder wick, remove the solder that was under the ic, then where the solder pads are, place the solder balls in place, using the tiniest amount of flux (paste) as glue. do his on the ic itself. then turn the ic over and place it on, heat the solder balls underneath the ic with a heatgun and hope for the best
