E mart on colonial in Orlando has the choy you mentioned. OMG I love it more than cucumbers. I bought a small pickling jar. I love them but my sister keeps eating them all. I need a bigger one. Even my husband likes them and he doesn't do pickles.

Vivian, What happens if the pickle jar water seal dries out? Are the pickles bad now? Do you have to start over with new brine? 😫 Happy moving!!

She has a video on it. Water is good for up to a week with plastic wrap but if your going to be away for a long as one month then use plastic wrap with oil. You then need to dry up and clean up after your oil seal before applying new water seal on the rim of lid.
