I came home from work and had a lovely family dinner with my hubby and daughter. The menu was toltott kaposta cooked to perfection by Atti and makos kalacs baked by me with the poppy seed by father in law brought. Now everyone has 30-45 minutes to themselves before we huddle in bed to watch a movie together. My daughter is running on the treadmill listening to music, Atti is dealing with the final e-mails before “closing shop” and I lit a candle, got a drink and cosied up on the sofa to watch your video. Ooohh bliss… I don’t know what your magic is Noemi, you bring so much true warmth and comfort to my heart. As always, we are sending lots of love from our family to yours. ❤️❤️❤️

Salute to your husband and eldest son. Teamwork is the key . Being productive even for a young son is a great inspiration to all . (For grown-ups nowadays they should know simple helpful things at home) aside studying, gadgets, sports, etc. etc.) Cant wait for the barn door on your laundry area🙂😊👍🏻my 15year old granddaughter LOVE YOUR PORCUPINE/FOREST PAINTING & YOUR SNOW IN THE WINDOW ❄️❄️❄️ I admire you as a Parent, teaching kids to eat leftover (we don't have to waste food) turkey sandwich is yummy too 😋

Love watching Cole ( he's a grown man now ) getting stuck in and helping his dad, fantastic life skills you all are teaching your boys. Spent the last 2 days decorating my windows with chalk paint too, such a festive thing to do. Also those leftovers looked sooooo good. Made me hungry😭😂

I sm always amazed at your guys. They clean up as they go along. It drives me crazy when I watch home improvement shows and they leave all their wood shavings, cut offs, and other "trash" laying around, tracking it all over. You've taught them well.😉

Glad your handy husband was able to get a door back on fairly quickly. The new entrance does look like it will function better. I, too, have a handy husband who likes to propose messy projects just before a holiday or special time. If your son becomes an architect or designer, having the hands on experience with his father will be so helpful.

Congratulations on the amazing year your family had in the past 12 months. You had a vision for your new house to make it into a cozy home that I thought might take years and years. Your family accomplished terrific changes from the outside "timber" area, watershed problems, creating a garden area for food and chickens and total transformation of every inch of every room inside plus mechanical work on a new car! Inspirational, educational and exhausting! Happy holidays to you and those you love. I wonder what you have planned for 2022.

The new door in the garage, leading into the house, will be awesome. 😁 I get frustrated with having to style my hair everyday as well and when I had shoulder length hair, I discovered something called a hot hair brush. Pretty neat tool that looks and works like a hair brush, but it heats up like a flat iron so you can use it style your hair as well as brush it. You might find that to be a much more efficient and easier way to get the look you want. Loving the Christmas decoration inspiration. 🎄

LOVE the bluegrass music you chose for this video, Noemi - it's wonderful! That new door is going to be soooo much easier to work around. Would it be possible sometime to see a drawing of the layout of your home? I can't always understand how the rooms connect. I understand if this is something you may not want to do but with your renovations and rearranging I get confused sometimes. You have done so much to make your house a home for your family. It is fun to watch.

I'm a sucker for home repair, renovation, diy, interior decorating and stuff like that. Cleaning, on the other hand, is good for my mental health which is weird because I'm not too crazy about doing it, though I do love watching it happen lol. Chalk markers! Got myself a pack of them last year after seeing you play with your windows and I love them! When I get done here I'm going to see if my vacuum parts are dry, then go doodle on my windows. 😀 Speaking of keeping cleaning tools clean, how gross do yours get? Would you consider doing a video of taking care of them?

So surprising to see that your house isn't stone built but is basically a cabin - I guess it makes it easier to do things like move doorways and windows but it doesn't seem very sturdy!
