What was the price range of that apartment? I’m planning on moving alone and that place is beautiful!

What’s the price range for these type of apartments out there? I would love to move there one day.

In 2022, it was probably around $1500. Typically a place with modern finishes that close to Downtown would be $1500-$2000. Unless it's affordable housing, it's in that range. A few years ago they considered "affordable" $1150-$1350 and you had to make about $30k or less to qualify.
