So nice to see such a well maintained fleet of classic 200-series excavators. This one is a 1980-86 judging by the interior and the engine covers. That's pretty much vintage.

I used to watch these running all the time the 225 the 215 the 219 the 235 and 245. Glad a few are still out there and functioning.

My favourite caterpillar of all time to operate. Ferocious hydraulic power and personality its the best excavator caterpillar ever designed and built. Well done for keeping them in good shape. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A real machine! Built for work and built to last. The 2 series was the best. I learned on a 235 cat. It works smooth with raw power. #1

I can’t believe there are this many 200 series cats in this kind of shape in one place!!..they literally look like they are only a coupes years old!!!..such incredible condition

a power pig what a machine use to run one and it would rip and dig anything you fed it from concrete to hard slag
