Catonsville, Maryland is a wonderful place to live! You can choose from historic homes, new construction, or anything in between. But no place is perfect, so here's what I love and what I'm not so crazy about.

I grew up there in the 70's and 80's Love Catonsville. The Tawneytown Deli is the BEST.

Catonsville is a nice town just by looking at it. Elliott would be another nice place to take us.

There are some really pretty houses in the area. I used to work around the UMBC campus and driving through the area was enjoyable, there are some very well kept homes in the golf course area

l lived, wentto catosville school in 70s. occusionaly, drive by, talk to old frinds, but i dont think good idea to raise my grand kids there

I feel your pain. Prices are at all-time highs across the nation.

You forgot to mention high taxes, crime lots of homeless on streets and on rt 40 and gangs in Catonsville. Another thing you didn’t mention. The chance of becoming a victim of either violent or property crime in Catonsville is 1 in 38. Based on FBI crime data, Catonsville is not one of the safest communities in America. Relative to Maryland, Catonsville has a crime rate that is higher than 81% of the state's cities and towns of all sizes. Don’t move here. We are moving out of Catonsville next year. Worst place to live.
