Check out Greenville, SC as well. Plenty of space for new residents, lower costing luxury housing, and better school systems. A bunch of athletes are from and travel to the area for tournaments. The crime rates are extraordinarily lower than the Charlotte metro area as well, good luck!

Moved from Charlotte to the DMV a year ago. I miss charlotte so much and I can’t wait to move back. The prices have gone up a lot though. I live in Northern VA (Loudoun county) and some of the units you showed in CLT were priced the same as they are here except here has better amenities. 😕

Great detailed video. I am moving to Charlotte this fall and doing virtual tours have been a bit challenging. I liked the Francis the most out of this series. Checkout Uptown 550 as well. I have been looking in Southend too they have a ton of new apartments.

Very nice content.. I moved from NY 24 years ago..so I have seen the city grow..Please do not spend all that money on those High-rises..the view is beautiful. However the apartment space NO! You are basically paying for those amenities and paying for the view.. However I do suggest you look into South End as it is very close to downtown maybe 8 mins or less depending on how far down..they have plenty of eating spots..Also the East side of Charlotte is close to downtown as well. I stay on the Southwest side of charlotte which is pretty far from downtown.. But I work downtown so I see those beautiful buildings everyday..lol..I agree with your significant other with a Townhome.. Good luck to you guys!

I hope you are buying this luxury apartment, invested in yourself. If you can afford to rent it, fine a way to buy it. You mortgage i am sure will be less than what you paying to rent or about the same. In 5yrs you will be making a profit.

I love my city , welcome 🎉 but let me just point out that the rent has increased due to people moving here willing to pay more . Just make sure to explore the area u move to in depth , I don’t lie when I say the projects are 5 min from south ends lovely lofts , lol

Museum Tower is more affordable than other high rises, but it's because things are always broken and the upkeep sucks. Please dont choose it.

Why it seems someone used the master bathroom in an empty apartment? There's bath towels up like someone took a shower. Then you said it look like someone used the toilet. Management should do better. If you showing off an empty apartment, then it should be clear of all that foolishness.
