What do you like most about Evanston?

I love Evanston. It's diverse, right by the lake and has an amazing downtown with good restaurants. There seems to be little inventory right now. Can you do more videos on Northbrook? You have a good amount on Winnetka and Glenview, but only one on Northbrook.

Hey Marcus, thanks for the comment. Yes, Evanston is great AND has so few homes for sale, just crazy. Just sold a house with 9 offers and one person went 100K over thelist price. Yes, I will definitely do another on Northbrook. Do you have anything in particular you want me to speak about in Northbrook?

Thanks for question! So far it is a little more of a shift in Evanston instead of a crash. Evanston is slowing but the lack of inventory helps the stability of the market. Make sense?
