My wife and I have thought deeply about moving to Ireland. The issue is two things. #1 We are unsure how retirement works in Ireland. #2 From everything we have read is Ireland isn't good too, teachers. Example Teachers 'leaving in droves' due to mountain of paperwork and rising living costs, INTO conference hears: `We are underpaid and undervalued, crippled by mortgages, childcare and the cost of living,' says one delegate as teachers' roles have changed.Apr 4, 2024 Here in the US, teachers are not respected, and they aren't paid well.

Sister.. my wife is a. ECCE teacher. She has done masters in Ecce amd 6+ years of exp. In it too. As an overseas she is applying for ireland but watching your videos we get to know that she need to get some ragistration done i think... can you pls help us. Sister.

Hi Amara ,to be able to apply for irish passport you need irish citizenship , you must be living in the state for at least 5 years, after you apply it depends on how busy they are but can take up to 18 months to complete the process,please see attached link for up to date information www.irishimmigration.ie/how-to-become-a-citizen/become-an-irish-citizen-by-naturalisation/
