Well to be fair ours all just burned to a cripsy crisp and this winter absolutely cold snapped most roots to death. 😅

A tricky question, but how easy is it for the “average” couple to get into the housing market? Over here in Sydney Australia it is near enough impossible right now, and the rental market is through the roof. Me and my partner are both professionals and struggle to save for a house. So we are considering moving out of Australia next year.

That's a bit of a difficult question to answer. I just have no idea what your definition of average may be since prices and wages can be so different globally. I mean if you and your partner both have steady, stable jobs with good pay and have saved up for a solid down payment it'd be worth speaking with a mortgage broker to discuss your options and see what you can afford.
