You'll like Springfield. They have a lot of variety in houses and close enough to the action to get to the city with little to no effort.

Former Kingstowne resident here (used to live right next to Hayfield secondary) and moved to West Springfield in 2015. Don't forget about the VRE stop nearby (which is technically in Burke, but very accessible from West Springfield) which is a great option to commute to DC! Also, my wife and I love Della J's. We didn't discover that gem until we moved to Springfield, but their food is just too good! Thanks for the video.

We were just at Della J's a few weeks ago. It's great to have a true soul food restaurant so close to home. If you like Della J's you should give Kitchen Cray a try. They just opened in the old Walker's Grill spot across from Amazon Fresh. Thanks for mentioning the VRE stop in Burke. You're right about the likelihood for individuals living in West Springfield using that stop versus driving to Franconia/Springfield. Thanks for checking out the video. As someone who used to live in west Springfield on rolling road it is nice and all but if you have a child and are looking for a baby sitter do not choose this lady ms. Reahema ( i think that was her name this happened along time ago) she has 2 sons one of them physically hurt the kids and the other did things I can’t say on KZfaq to the me and maybe other children there west Springfield is nice they have or had a rec center with a indoor pool they also have a bunch of clubs there
