Kidapawan is nice. I am a Briton living in Cotabato City. We have relatives in Amas and Patadon just outside Kidapawan, so we are there regular. Nice house!!

What's the name of that gated community? I'm moving to the Philippines in December and it looks perfect for me. is there a price range in that area? any houses for rent there?

We really like the location☺️ It’s just a small compound actually. There’s no available house for rent now but they are busy renovating the house behind us. Not sure if it’ll be ready soon. The prices we found are around $300-400. There are cheaper too but less comfortable. 🙏

PH is heaven on earth for rich Filipinos only & not the ideal country for foreigners to settle in PH they can't own properties full business ownership have very limited rights & many are deported foreigners obtain PH citizenship if born & raised in PH which is not the case of expat newcomers

You guys will love it. I'm from the U.S. and I've been going there for almost ten years and stay for as long as three months at a time twice a year. I now have a fiance there and will sell my business and move there next year. I love it there and have never had any problems. I don't know what that guy is talking about, hardly anyone gets deported, you have to do something bad for that to happen. My fiance purchased the land we are building a house on in Leyte and we both legally own the house being built on it. You as a foreigner can own a condominium in the Philippines no problem. Also you can lease a piece of land and own the structure on it. I have a friend in Samar from the U.S. who signed a 99 year lease for the property which can be transferred to a family member anytime or death. He spent $50,000 and built a nice three bedroom two bath house on it and owns the house. I don't listen to negative people, life is to short! You two seem very nice and your happy, that's what matters. Keep up the good work and your channel will grow.
