I remember when my husband and I bought our first home (we were 23), such a fond memory(almost 40 now). It's so much work, but it's so much fun! And SO much better than apartment living. I used to tip toe around our apartment to not walk too loudly for our neighbor downstairs. No more hearing people through the walls or smelling people's cooking. Our house is OURS. So congratulations!

How exciting. I’m cleaning out my house right now. Little projects here and there. What a beautiful space to make your own. For what it’s worth that dining room fixture is very retro cool. I’d def save it or sell it on eBay. And what I wouldn’t give to have some of those old ticket books from back in the day WDW. To me the B tickets were the “losers.” :) Can’t even remember what was a B ticket. Used all the A’s for the carousel. What a great piece of memorabilia.

Congratulations! Leave the wood wall but Spencer can paint a BLAB on plexiglass and mount on wood wall. All the framed art can be mounted on a different wall elsewhere. Cappuccino Blasts were amazing!

@@girlzonpointerock Pretty sure but not certain as you can technically "close" on a lease. A little weird to get a house tour but then be vague/cryptic on those details. Just my opinion.

Yea thats.what I was thinking....if you rent you can still paint and do things to fix it up if you ask the landlord ....doesn't mean you have to own the place...😊

Buying a house! The Dream. Very excited for you both. Enjoy. And looking forward to the cooking vlogs. Those have always been my favorite. And I love the vlogs when you show us around the area. California has always been a place I would love to live. Many many years ago (I’m old) my Dad transferred to a job at Long Beach shipyard and we lived in Westminster for a couple of years. I loved the area. This was back in the 80’s. Might not be as nice now. But then we couldn’t afford Ca. So we moved back to our hometown. I have always missed that beautiful scenery and weather of Southern California.
