Hi everyone!! Loving the new updates in my apartment, wanted to have a gallery wall since forever & never had the chance. So happy how it turned out. Don't sleep on Facebook Marketplace, found these gorgeous barstools for only $40 bucks. Moving furniture around really helped me to have a better vision for my place. Hi Jocelyn and Terence, I really love the new credenza placement. Now you even have enough room for two more chairs at the table next to the window if you choose to do so. I was also thinking maybe switching the dining chairs to the other side of the table. It would give you guys more space and openness. Maybe later on add a bench that would go under and give more room and texture. Love everything and you both are so cuuuuuuuuttttteee❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

hello 👋🏾 Have you ever thought about doing a long bench on one side of the table instead of 2 more chairs.? i think if you put the chairs on the window side and put a bench on the other side, it would make that walkway look more open and not look crowded with a all the chairs/stool. I LOVE how it’s all coming alone. ❤

I been seeing this suggestion a lot & I’m considering but is not my favorite option. Dining room looks lux & I bench can me the room looks informal & farmhouse style but is just my opinion 😅❤️

Hey young Queen (and young King) 😉. As you have 2 pendant lights, I think 3 bar chairs would look better than 4, plus It'll keep the area light and spacious. The sideboard looks so much better on that wall, it lends more space for your new dining chairs. Have you thought about a bench for thetable? But one with a back as backless benches might make the dining area too informal. And you can still push it allthe way flush to the table to make space when not in use. We bought an old church pew (it still has the folding kneel bar on it 🙏🏽), we say it's so we can quickly kneel and pray when we want to throttle one another 🤣. Ohhh your gallery wall is really lovely and very fitting of your life and loves.. ❤❤. You guys are so good together, I'm looking forward to the future.. I'm already hearing wedding bells 💍🔔🥰

@cozyhomequeen I hear you. You're right about the bench. Ours is actually in our country cottage, so it's perfectly suitable. I just thought that because of your style of chairs, you were going for a less formal look. 40$ is definitely worth snapping up the bar stools. I also love the baskets over the lights. I wish I could have something like that but our ceilings are just too low. I'm loving your videos and how you put things together. I also loooooooove how he loves you.. such a joy to witness your joy 💕

I have the same kitchen runner from World Market. I purchased it as well as my patio furniture and outdoor rug last year. I love World Market. Nice barstools. I love black and white photos, they look so much more elevated than colored photos.

Hi Jocelyn and Terence. I love your what you have done to your space and how intentional you are with the pieces you choose and the placement. Listen I had to make some modifications aswell to my nutrition being from the island we love our butter and bread. I actually replace butter with Miyoko's Butter (vegan) I'm not vegan but the taste is so good, in my opinion and it has zero cholesterol. 😋

Why am I complimenting at 42 seconds in omg I love it. Okay now back to the video🥰 Jocelyn I almost had a similar situation with the transfer into a newer unit a month went by and no response so I said before I get frustrated send another email and see what happens girlfriend I’m moving the 31st. Hello Jocelyn and Terence, apartment is coming along beautifully but I really liked the credenza the other way ( but chile that's ur place 😊) . Oh the Black curtains ( black outs) are to tie in nicely ,love the new chairs the fit right in, the light shades turned out beautifully. ...please please don't take this the wrong way ,but when preparing your lasagna you're supposed to mix the sauce in with your meat let it simmer a few minutes then pour over the pasta. Question ...did you purchase all of your vintage vases from the vintage store you be shopping at ? I love them all .

My brother had a massive stroke at 34 because his cholesterol was so high. He ate out about 5 days a week. He also ate alot of fried foods. Try and stop eating out except one day a week. Also only use olive oil or extra virgin olive oil. My husband is on cholesterol meds and he is super fine. Works out 6 days a week but his dr says unfortunately sometimes evem with changing your diet it wont help because its in your family genes

I'm thin (like you) and watch what I eat the majority of the time, but my cholesterol has always been high, like over 200. No matter what I do, I can't get my levels low enough. Even walking 4-5 miles a day doesn't help. Now in my 60s I decided to get on a small 10 mg. dose of Atorvastatin. It has helped me maintain my cholesterol. It will never be low, but it has stabilized. High cholesterol runs in my family, too. I hope you can get your levels down to a healthy range.

I’m not really feeling the bar stools with the pendant lights and dining chairs. Between the pendant, bar stools and chairs it feels like too much of the same thing and not enough contrast all close together. BUT it’s your home so if you like it that’s all that truly matters. Todas las noches 2 horas antes de ir a dormir como mantequilla de maní o almendras seria 2 cucharadas lo mismo en cualquier tipos de nueces. Créeme funciona. Y fue Mi Dr. De Control de Peso quien me dijo que era lo más rápido y evitas los medicamentos. Inténtalo puede que a Ti te funcione también. Lindo Día
