Күн бұрынI’ve said it a thousand times before, but this is finally it! I’ve packed and I’ve moved to my temporary home!
I’ve been living in my temporary home, while my new house gets all sorted out, for a few weeks now and I love it. It’s been quite a journey moving here - as you’ve seen from what seemed like an endless amount of boxes - but I’m so glad I can finally relax, enjoy my new view, and entertain my friends.
And since I’ll be staying here for quite a while, I thought I’d give you guys a mini house tour! I absolutely love it here and I can’t wait to share more of this home with all of you.

I feel your pain with moving!!! We have done it 9 times!!!!! We are empynesters and loving the smaller home. Not so much work and I feel I can just take my coffee and go to the lanai and relax in the mornings. Don't have to rush off anywhere. Thank you for sharing your new temporary home. it is lovely

Thank you for sharing! 400 boxes are overwhelming. I'm sure you will go for Luxury Minimumist one day. Luxury items do make women happy, however, when more luxurious items keep coming, you will notice happiness doesn't increase anymore but maintenance costs do increase.

Wow..I would be so worried. Can you imagine all the valuable bags, jewelries, clothes and etc. that needed to be moved ? I hope she have insurance, kept detail inventory and hired trusted movers 😀.

Maybe your still not yet arranged the inside of the house , it seems the mini farm , the swimming pool and all the exterior are perfect,. Looking forward to seeing your full house tour soon.

Just a suggestion, next time you can consider use king size bed sheets to wrap and move your bags. Then bubble wrap.

Jamie, I'm realky curious why did you move to temperory house rather than your old house while waiting the renovation of your new house is complete? Or somebody please help me to answer it

I had the same question too. 2 reasons I can think of. The old house was sold and she needs to move out. Or she probably needs to supervise the renovation of the new house. Since it is a big project, she may have to visit quite often. So staying nearby helps.

Since moving is a stressful activity why don’t you move from old house directly to new house ? Instead of all that hassle to a temporary house with all your valuables .. it’s giving me more stress
