Loving your new intro!!! As a previous teacher who quit back in November, I kept watching your channel because you showed the raw side of teaching that pushed me to quit mid year. Teaching is tough and there is so much that they don’t teach you about in college. Keep up the great work 😊

Don’t paint those cabinets yourself. You have to sand and prep a lot for painting cabinets and avoid brush/stippling marks. I’ve seen so many friends try and when you get closer you can tell and it just looks bad. It doesn’t cost as much as you would think and the finish is worth it.

It’s so funny to me that you talk about houses that are 50-100 years old being “old” homes 😂😂 in Massachusetts where I live most home are from the 1800’s or before then… we have the oldest houses in the country in MA! Your new home is just a baby, honestly! 😂 Congratulations to you both!
