He's learned the mentality from his dad to do the very minimum you can get away with and still get paid. It's sad they take advantage of Ryan's kindness and generosity the way they do. You can watch them constantly hiding and doing nothing in any video.

@@themasonrycompany. Taking advantage of a good Christian’s soul is not honorable. And expecting to get paid for doing nothing is even worse. I was taught early on as a child by my parents to work hard in order to achieve the benefits you’re rightly so rewarded. I don’t see Jr showing up and sleeping, or constantly leaning against equipment worthy of being paid. It’s a promotion of welfare and laziness. Everything I was taught is what excels you in life. The point is well stated when the parental mode is taught to do less and avoid being an equal employee. Everyone else does their job and is deserving of their pay. It ends when one has the title of destroyer, and doesn’t care about the property of their boss, while destroying his equipment, and coming up with endless excuses for their poor actions. Ryan’s Christian values are the only reason they’re there. To give a false impression that they are being noble and equal participants is demeaning to the hard work put forth by others. You work hard to get respect by your fellow workers. By getting special treatment for doing less takes away from everyone else. I see it as a net loss for the channel. Ryan works hard, and I appreciate the values he promotes towards his children. It starts to get on my nerves seeing others take advantage of his goodness in order to serve their own selfish goals. As I’ve stated in the past, neither would be on my work crew.
