This is by far the most useful FD video I have watched so far! I had no idea about any of this.

Just to be clear, in case someone misunderstands Mastery Rank. It doesn't give you more capacity overall. It just means you get that much capacity even if your character or weapon is only level 1. The mod capacity benefits cap at Mastery Rank 20, so if you hit MR 20 and get a new character or weapon at level 1, you will have max capacity on them already, without having to level them to 40 to reach it. MR just gives you that capacity early, it doesn't add anything extra.

First off I appreciate your videos. I found you on Twitch and have become a fan almost instantly. Thank you for your time and effort to make quality videos which are simple and easy to follow. Second - in this video, you said that the Encrypted Vaults have a sound and that you can't hear the direction but if you're looking in the direction you can hear the ringing. I kept that in mind when I was playing with my wife earlier and noticed that when I did come into contact with one - the sound, for me, was directional. In my defense, I have the Razer Black Shark Pro V2 wired, which are capable of 7.1 surround sound and I also have Dolby Atmos Sound on. I could actually pinpoint the direction. looking and pinging is still a thing but while I was following it the sound in my ear cups was legit guiding me in the direction of the vault. I hope this helps you and others that come and see this video for help.

just a reminder the encrypted vaults minigame is dependent on the fps so disable frame gen and cap to 30fps if you dont have enzo and want to open them

Consideration: this game is really cryptic and complicated in some regards; very good for longevity, very bad for inexperienced players, who get overwhelmed with a ton of things. I’m literally miles ahead of everyone thanks to your tips and have basically been solo this whole time. I just need some help farming gold amorphous mats rn since my bunny build isn’t fully maxed on def and hp components so the missions are a pain when you get the boss down to 20% just to die and restart the whole fight lol plus the boss takes longer than the entire misssion up to that point

It's barely noticeable unless you're standing right next to/on top of them, but the pings from the vaults do 'kinda' get louder as you get closer

Looks like enzo slows the needle down and widens the zone nice

A quick tip for those who don't know a simple and easy way to level up descendants fast is to play operations. In albion when you spawn in go forward and turn left towards the mail box and in the alcove between the mail box and the prime hands where you level up your mastery is a hub with an icon you can go and access once youve completed all missions in the kingston zone. Just jump into any public operation and by fighting the waves everybody gets xp when ever an enemy dies and youll get put in with some high level descendants or people with strong gear so the first checkpoint reward is usually a breeze but youll be getting a ton of xp a long the way. I used this to level my newly unlocked descendants I dont plan to main to 40 real quick for a bunch of mastery XP. You can easily go 1-40 in around an hour if you spam these.

This feels like the prime days of Destiny 1 the fresh content the grind etc. Missed this feeling

100% make Enzo, these fn vaults are impossible for some people without him because of various tech issues.

Did this before the video came out with my homies yesterday. Pretty sure there will be this video when we talked about it yesterday. I mean if you got keys yall be getting 150k++ kuiper in less than 15 minutes or more depending the vault you got. Agna dessert and white gulch was the best one while farming for gley/ult weapons

Another Golden tip is if you do the Calling of the Descendant quests (The Dungeons) on Hard Mode in the right areas you'll get these drops as well So if you don't have Enzo you can still farm these

Just a heads up if you put a catalyst on the melee mod it will then increase it by another 5 for a total of 15 extra module capacity instead of 10. I dont know how usefull this information will be but i just figured this out last night

Just to clarify for those wondering, the special enemies with the orange names are the only ones that drop analyzers/breakers. Any mission that spawns a lot of those is a good farm for them, not just the sterile lands mission.

Im suprised so many people didn't know how to mod their gear. Even if you haven't played Warframe (which the system is a copy of), it is pretty straightforward if you just listen to what the game tells you and just experiment with the slot system for 30 sec
