Ave, I am so glad you brought up the audio interface issue. My ASIO will not function with my free software and your advice is so helpful. I hope AKAI will be able to resolve this problem soon.

hadn't messed with the looper since I use the multiple takes feature of studio one, but this is actually dope, especially for claps. I love claps

This one helped me out a lot as far as the settings for my audio. Now I'm hooking up all kinds of shit to sample from. Some str8 through the MPC X or some from my Scarlet interface. Thanks man I will continue to subscribe and support your channel. As for now I'm about to drop this sample off of You Tube in one of my beats.

Thats a very dope way of getting round using more audio tracks. Sample them and trigger them in Midi. May sound obvious but as a beginner, I wondered how you get round the limitation of two audio tracks. Thank you!

I like this video... My problem im grabbn samples of the phone and I dont need a plug n to get it but the thing is that when I play it back right. The volume isnt comn back like I need it it will play but it comes back in a low tone any suggestions🙏

Great video bro. only that It won't work for me. I can hear my voice when I press on record but It won't start recording the sample for some reason. I have my input as Mono and Stereo Output. I am using an old 6i6 scarlet. I don't know if I am doing something wrong but as far as I know there should be a signal and the recording should start by its self which doesn't happen for me.

I'm working with the Akai MPK mini MK3, but i have a question: How do I stop the repeat of a song? for example I have a sample chopped & setup with a beat, everything is ok until I hit the spacebar to stop all the music, & when that happens, the sample continues to play for about 3 or 4 seconds then it stops. What can I do to relieve that?

when u use looper to sample midi some delay is happening in standalone mode there is a delay due to slow sync with standalone midi like some keyboard or sound modules etc

Can you help me Please I can’t sample anything in the MPC software sampler i own a live 2 standalone works fine, however the software monitor in … I get no signal I went to preferences audio. Live 2 for inputs and outputs. My drum sound play etc, but I can’t use the software sampler ,, just standalone

MPC Beats has a file browser in it. Just use it to locate audio files (samples) from your computer hard drive or an external drive (doesn't matter). Select the sample and drag it into your project.

lol thanks.. Tbh, I think you should do like me and buy all your hand percussion (the shaker only cost me $10). Trust me, it's far more rewarding! I have an African percussion shop by house.. I stay in that mofo!!! If I have room for a full sized Djembe and Congas. I buy those in a heart beat. Nothing is more healing it your soul & body like playing percussion.

I don't think there's a way to delete a saved project from within MPC Beats. IYou'll just need to find where the project files are on your hard drive and delete them there.

How do you get the Asio drivers? I'm currently just using my regular windows sound drivers and my samples are coming out really choppy. Thanks for any help!

Just go here and download Asio4all which is free www.asio4all.org/ Then in MPC Beats go to Preferences and under MIDI/Sync select Asio4all v2 as the device. Never use regular windows drivers when using ANY DAW!!!

The same happened to me. I dunno if this is what helped or not but I think one of the questions is like do u have hardware or something and I put yes instead of no the first 2 times and after like 20 minutes I finally got the link. Hope it helps
