It's called Amapiano. It's from South Africa, we've been bumping to it for a minute and it's been getting some global traction in the past year. It's a sub genre of house and mainly kwaito from SA. It's centered around the log drum which is the thumping bass that you hear. Otherwise, artists you can check out are jazziq,kabza de small, dj maphorisa,sir trill,vigro deep,busta 929 and the man himself mpura who has recently just passed.
