I was just a normal office worker and my life was just work! work! work! There was never time to play guitar.
As a result of circumstances that have changed our world, I now work from home, and my daily 4hr commute has come to an end.
With more time and energy, I decided to start my KZfaq Channel to make new friends with similar interests.
So why am I dressed like a Viking?
I wanted to do something fun and creative with my channel, so I came up with the “Viking" concept, an adventurer who’s always searching for the ultimate pleasure tone.
I don’t know everything about guitar. I’m just a normal guy who appreciates guitar hero’s like Reb Beach, Steve Vai, and Joe Satriani stretching back 30 years.
My goal is to uncover mysteries, share techniques, discover new gear, and involve you in the excitement.

Hey man, I saw your video about the Ibanez RBM400 u got in 2021. I was wondering what u paid, and if u know how much one of those is worth today? Do they actually go for 3-5 Grand?

Hi I got it for around $2200? I think it was a not bad deal since the pickups were replaced to EMGs and it came with a Ibanez Hard Case. Wo these days even RBM400 may go upto $5000. Check Reverb. The RBM2NT Hawaian Koa Model is even crazy... So are you looking for one? Where are you from? Appreciate subscribe my channel if you like the videos! Thanks! @@ALTheGuitarViking Thank you for the quick response! Im from Austria and a close friend recently got one passed down. When we googled its value we were usure if those prices are accurate! Helped my out alot by conforming since there arent many listed sales out there. Do you know by any chance how rare those are and especially why they are so expensive?

These were made by Fujigen in 1994 it is a cheaper version of the RBM2NT. The only difference with the RBM2NT is the pickups were not EMGs and the body didn’t have the Hawaiian Koa top. It is a two piece solid mahogany. But these were made in 1990s so, still the Mahogany must be the best quality Honduran mahogany. The neck and fretboard is same as RBM2NT which is the biggest thing. That neck is special because it use a rare wood call Brazilian Rose Wood PauFerro. Only RBM2NT and RBM400 has that neck. Not sure how many was made but it is sure it was not produced a lot. Those days that shape was not popular and I heard not much people bought it. So they discontinued it after 1994. That is the reason these days this guitar is so expensive because now a lot of Ibanez or guitar collectors are looking for it. I would keep it since it is the coolest shape guitar. But if you want to sell it maybe try to go for $4000? I think $5000 is too much and the listings in reverb had been these for a while. So it means people think it is too much.
