I am absolutely loving this new generation of Ultrakill/Doom Eternal styled shooters (and now Turbo Overkill). Fast paced action, crazy weapon mods, lots of movement options, and deep mechanics with high skill ceilings.

I’m adding this to my wish list and getting the demo right now. Games like this make me wonder who is telling the trip A sector we want games like COD and Battlefield when indie games are making shit like this this blows their gameplay out of the water. Not counting doom and titan fall 2 of course.

Because it is hard to milk a player of more money in a game like this. No skins or different characters or dlc guns. Triple A game developers just want more money with less effort

Tbh millions of players are just too casual for stuff like this imo. As gatekeeping as it may sound, i believe there's just too much skill involved compared to already familiar games like COD, where it's more about what gun and perks you stole from the latest update meta
