Mr. Clean is still alive! (but not for long… maybe)

Mr. Clean has successfully been cured of dropsy. It unfortunately in the past anytime I’ve cured a fish of dropsy it has either returned later or another internal problem comes out of it. I’ve never had a long-term successful healing from dropsy I’m hoping Mr. can be that exception. Thanks everyone for buying some fish and keep your eyes on the website for more listings!

surprised that daddy longlegs are in moist environments they love living in bathrooms so your tank room isnt surprising but keep them as they are harmless to you but they will eat the bad spiders :D

Aaaalso, that organic matter thing is a great way to get bears, unfortunately. If you do that, the chances of the bear being shot are high. A lot of folks who’ve lived up here for a while will tell you that you should very much not do what you’re doing. (You can feed the deer, but there’s another way to do it. You should talk to your local feed store about it.)

Dropsy sucks. I'm glad that Mr. Clean is on his way to recover! I don't want to sound like I'm scolding you or something...sorry, if it comes off that way. I just don't think it's safe for the deer (or anyone at that matter, except flies I guess) to eat rotten food, they're just desperate, because of the cold and the scarcity of food that comes with it. Much better option would be to make a compost, it is far more better to have one and throw away the scraps there, plus you can use the soil in a few years yourself and grow some veggies!

lol I've had guppies... we call that "population control" and "culling via survival of the fittest". because maybe he's fine for now, but at some point they could outstrip even Luke's ability to sell them faster than they reproduce.
