Synopsis: Longfellow Deeds (Adam Sandler) is a sweet, lovable guy leading a simple but happy life in the tiny hamlet of Mandrake Falls, New Hampshire. Life is good at the small town restaurant until two corporate execs bring news that Deeds is about to be rolling in a different kind of dough. A long-lost relative has left him an inheritance of 40 billion dollars along with the largest media company in the world. It's a fish out of water, rags to riches story that has local tabloid reporters salivating.

I think it's the funniest romantic comedy as of yet. Great music and it's funny all the way to the very end, unlike most that tend to get a bit too serious after the first half. "I LIKE FEET. I do not know why". LOL

What would you do if you suddenly got 40 billion? For me, I'm absolutely sure that around 90% of my minimalist life wouldn't change a bit. I wouldn't do these things cuz of thinking I'm some kind of good guy. I honestly just know the cash doesn't make sense being in my ignorant, maladjusted hands. lol I would care for my family's health and BARE basics, get a couple cool cars (3 at most) and music equipment. Then, quite completely honestly, I would engage in a deep search for the kindest (altruistic) souls who are most in need of help (along with kind business people, to keep the $ working for good causes) and 39.9 billion would go directly to them. The end. I wonder if anyone has ever actually been as stupid as I would be with this kind of windfall and done such a thing... (Oh... and, if ossible, I would find and reward the heck out of that girl who once gave me $20 when I was stuck out in bfe and couldn't get home. People like her should be ruling the world.) Just musing about life, if you feel like joining :)
