You may be referring to a group of "cat feeders" that want to kill Mr. Fresh, but that was before his adoption. As for the camera installation thing, I reckon that some people that volunteer to look out for these abusers should work.

@@nguyenduythang7598 I saw a few more update videos scattered around on KZfaq and apparently Mr. Fresh has been adopted by Hello Street Cat staff, and they've been patrolling the feeders. A lot of this was also in response to Soup Dumpling's "adoption" which ended up with him being starved to death by someone supposedly involved with the clan. Protection should be much safer now, thankfully.
