Yea first time i saw her like a week in to the server she tried to give Eugene felony assault, because Eugene chased a guy from a large distance with a wrench in his hand screaming someone call the cops. The guy even tried to stab Eugene multiple times, while Eugene didn't even swing once. Eugene was lucky there was a judge available and it all got thrown out at bench trial, because the charge made no sense. Even after the trial she threatened Eugene "not to do it again" like it was his fault. I don't know who she is and how she got in to a captain position. She doesn't know the rules she's enforcing.

Nothing changes the fact K had a PD gun, no matter the perception you have about the little details of his arrest - even if there were zero mistakes and Ruth wasn't there - he would still get the felony. Of course these little disagreements add to the RP fun, but as viewers you should know for a fact that K fucked himself over by running arround doing crimes directly with a PD gun, it was an eventuality, would've gotten caught sooner or later. Seems to me ya'll are overly emotionally invested in all the wrong ways
