How do they give him 14X attempt government employee if they can't prove he fired a weapon and had no positive GSR or weapon on him that matched any casings on scene? The trespassing maybe they could put him there with the blood on scene.... And I don't think the federal one couldn't unless they can prove he shot at anyone?

@@rickyscott161 Oh, my bad. I think with DeMarco they basically just pushed him into confessing, I doubt they meant to actually push the attempted murder on him. Like Vinny says, they didn't have anything until he turned himself in.

@@EvilChickenGamingPThe didn’t confess to anything, he turned himself in in because the charges were very hard to prove so he was going to get the charges dropped so the rest of the crims could do the same thing and use his case as the primary example on why PD can’t push those charges. However, he was denied a bench by 2 separate judges so he didn’t even get a chance to prove the charges were BS and instead just got hit with them and sent up.

Nope! Not solely from inside… the warrants literally said dna collected from inside and AROUND mission row!! How I know… saw a clip of croc yelling at ruby… while ruby was writing up the warrants…

@@bec_h-zcrespo9132 if there is a mechanic that can’t be countered or challenged in any way. It’s a broken dumb mechanic. DNA always means guilty in np. If matching dna had some sort of roll and not a 100% guilty every time, then it might be usable,
