The only thing i didnt understand is she would get actual customers from being next door to the mechanic shop which would make her money so as long as what they offer gives her enough to get the next door property and setup with some cash in her pocket, why not take that deal it would only help her business🤔🤔 💙💙💙 but it was a hilarious interaction, everytime they explained it and those two didnt get it, i laughed harder😅😅😅❤

To be fair they are fine with not selling it. So they gonna need to make a choice. They either overpay or look for something else. If I was them I would not budge.

It's up to her whether or not to sell, like if she doesn't want to then I don't see what the big deal is, Vinny doesn't even want it.

@@tihseht472 She can't make money with the business. So she can't pay investors or the tax. If she misses tax payment it gets automatically reclaimed by the city and goes to the app again for 290k that cg can buy easily. They're doing extra steps for rp. She is the one that doesn't really understand what's going on.

@@tihseht472 You're completely right it's her choice. The thing is the logic she's using doesn't follow at all. The reasons she's using to not sell it kept being proven to be wrong. The truth is she was just trying to make up excuses to why not to sell it hence why the excuses made absolutely no sense and were easily dismantled.
