On top of that, even though he started the whole scenario, he never said a word to Yuno. I think both their punishments were appropriate

I've been watching no pixel for years now and I would pay good money at this point to RP on the server. Not even for being able to RP with my favorite content creators, but to be able to roleplay with people who are quick witted and whimsical. You'd expect people would understand at least the basics and at least have watched a few RP streams before applying for a RP server. This also just shows how flawed their application system is. The most boring people get whitelisted with a mix of people that genuinely can't RP. Also, how crazy is it to not put a bit of effort in at least the content when one of the biggest streamers on NP is trying to interact with you. She could've done something interesting with it when K approached her for snitching. Maybe try and offer K something and apologise, try and extend the RP to create a relationship with him so more interactions can follow. Which can also grow you as a streamer. When I see things like this, it makes me want to go into streaming/RPing. To see how much better I could do it lol
