You can hate his work in the last few years of his time as chairman, but I refuse to hate the man, he delivered decades of great wrestling entertainment and he dropped the ball as he finally became out of touch in his old age. Vince is a legend of the wrestling world and deserves all the respect in the world

Vince gracefully played heel character for so long, from commentator to manager, wrestler and authority, this man has done it all. He's aged, sickly and out of touch but without his brilliant mind, we wouldn't have so many nostalgic memories, from Andre the giant era, to Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair era, to the HBK, Triple H, Taker, Kane, Cena, Orton, Punk only to name a few!

From 1999 through 2002 vince aged tremendously. In just three years he went from looking like he was in his early 50s to looking like a 60 year old man. That's insane! All the stress he had trying to compete with WCW and ecw really sucked his youth dry. Also not sleeping and doing drugs and steroids took its toll on him.

If he had completely gotten out of the picture in 2015, he would have been celebrated as a god in the industry in future for what he has done for the industry. Mr.Mcmahon return to his company to capitalize on content programming revenue for WWE. He did mention his return will not effect business and have full faith in the executive team. It seems to be true the post of Chairman and CEO are separated along with Triple H maintaining his duties.
